• ECNL-RL (Regional League)
• Premier & Elite competition levels
• National showcase events and Collegiate exposure

Player Development Pathway

Early Development (U5–U12)

We focus on building strong technical foundations and a love for the game.

Teams Offered:

• MK (U5–U6)
• Academy (U7–U8)
• U9, U10, U11, U12
• Players train locally in a high-quality, supportive environment designed to maximize growth.  Additionally, periodically throughout the year, Maryland United South teams will have academy training nights with the entire Maryland United player pool and have guest playing opportunities between Maryland United & Maryland United South teams.

Competitive Pathway (U13+)

At U13 and above, players can start to integrate into the full Maryland United player pool and compete for placement across multiple levels:

• First Team: ECNL
• Second Team: ECNL-RL
• Third Team: Premier
• Fourth Team: Elite

When numbers allow, Maryland United South teams will still be formed at these older ages and will primarily train in Southern Maryland.
